WAIPAWA COUNTY COUNCIL, WAIPAWA.

Special Order.

AT a meeting of the Waipawa County Council, held on the 5th day of July, 1883, the following resolutions were duly passed, in accordance with section 37 of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

1. Resolved, That the following persons be appointed members of the Takapau Road Board, viz.:—
   Grant, Alexander.
   Ireland, John.
   Johnston, Sydney.
   Loye, Nicholas.
   O’Connor, William.

2. Resolved, That the following persons be appointed members of the Wanstead Road Board, viz.:—
   Fleming, David Staig.
   Hartree, Henry.
   Newman, Walter Louis.
   Smith, William Cowper.
   Warren, William Augustus.

3. Resolved, That the following persons be appointed members of the Wallingford Road Board, viz.:—

THAT the members to retire from the Board annually shall be those who have received the least number of votes, and any member elected to fill a vacancy shall be deemed equal in votes to the member in whose place he is elected.

I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made by the Trustees of the Poverty Bay Road Board on Saturday, 30th June, 1883, and was duly notified as per clause 75, Road Boards Act.
