Notice of Times and Places for investigating Claims.

N OTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose
names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks
of land of which the names and locality are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are
published in the third column will be investigated at Wellington, on the twenty-fourth day of July, 1883,
and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Office of the Chief
Surveyor, Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries.
Wi Parata Kakakura, Reeni Te Pukerua ... The former boundaries have been included
Ouenuku, Kereoma Te Kai- within the boundaries of Tamihana Te Raupa-
ranga, and others raha and Matene Te Whiwhi, of Waimapihi.
An application was made for the portion not
included in the boundaries of Pukerua, which
appeared in a former Gazette, and that is why
another hearing is asked for.
Harata Te Kiore and Marino Moangiangi ... On the South is Te Rata, on the West is Te
Rokino Kiekie.
Wi Parata Kakakura, Wi Paru moana... Commencing at the seaward opening of the
Neera, Ngahuka Tungia, Porirua Harbour, thence along the margin of
Raiha Puaha, Hemi Mate- the sea, that is to say, the portion known by
nga, Hohaia Pokaitara, and Ho- the name Mud Flats, the boundaries are
hepa Horomona shewn on the plan made by direction of Major
Heaphy.
