SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Whitianga, in the District of
Mercury Bay on the 11th day of July next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose
names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants
of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the
third column.

And, in pursuance of the provision of Section 7 of "The Native Land Division Act, 1882," all persons
having in their possession any original grant, or other instrument of title, relating to any of the lands afore-
said, are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.
