District, to Mount Biggs; thence by Section No. 101, the
southern boundary-line of Section No. 144 (Native reserve),

tikei River; thence towards the North-west by a line along the
middle of that river to a point in line with the aforesaid pro-
duction of the northern boundary-line of Section No. 284 of

Oroua Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington, bounded
towards the North-east by the Manchester Riding, hereinbefore
described, and the Borough of Feilding; towards the South-
east by the Manawatu Road District; towards the South-west,
South-east, and again towards the South-west by Subdivisions
Nos. 4 and 6 of the Sandon and Carnarvon Road District; and
towards the North-west by Rangitikei County to the place
of commencement.

Taonui Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-east generally by the Manchester
and the Kiwitea Ridings, hereinbefore described, from the Oroua
River to the summit of the Ruahine Range; thence towards the
South-east by a line across the Manawatu River and by the
nearest spur to the summit of the Tararua Range; thence by
that summit to the south-western boundary-line of the Fitz-
herbert Township Block; thence towards the South-west by
lines forming the south-western boundaries of the said township
block to the Manawatu River; thence towards the South by a
line along the middle of that river to its confluence with the
Oroua River aforesaid; and thence towards the West and
North-west by a line along the middle of the latter river to the
Manchester Riding aforesaid, the place of commencement:
excepting from the above-described area the Borough of
Palmerston North.

HUTT COUNTY.

Epuni Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-west generally by Wards Nos. 1 and
2 of the Wellington Road District, from Port Nicholson Harbour
to Manawatu County; towards the North-east and North-west
by Manawatu County aforesaid; towards the East and South-
east by Wards Nos. 6 and 4 of the Wellington Road District
aforesaid; and towards the South-west by Port Nicholson
Harbour aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Mungaroa Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-west and North by Manawatu
County; towards the North-east and South-east by Wairarapa
West County; towards the South by Ward No. 4 of the
Wellington Road District; and towards the North-west
generally by the Epuni Riding, hereinbefore described, to the
place of commencement.

MIDDLE ISLAND.

MARLBOROUGH COUNTY.

Awatere Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Marlborough,
bounded towards the North-east by the ocean, from Cape
Campbell to the mouth of the Awatere River; towards the
North and North-west by the Awatere River aforesaid to a
point in line with the south-western boundary-line of Section
No. 30, Clifford Bay Survey District; again towards the North-
east by a right line across the Awatere River aforesaid to
and thence by Section No. 30 aforesaid; again towards the
North-west by a road fronting Section No. 31, aforesaid
survey district; again towards the North-east generally by a
road, and Sections Nos. 29, 28, and 4 of Block I., 6 of Block
II., 15 of Block II., and 14 of Block II., Clifford Bay Survey
District aforesaid; again towards the North-west by Section
No. 14 of Block II. aforesaid and Section No. 27 to the
Maxwell Pass Stream; thence again towards the North-east
by that stream to the watershed; thence to and by a tributary
of the Taylor River to the Taylor River, at the base of the hill
called the Maori; again towards the North-west gene-
generally by the western side of the Taylor Pass Road to the
confluence of the Taylor Pass Creek with the Taylor River
aforesaid, and by that river to a place near to the south-western
boundary-line of Section No. 44 of Block I., Taylor Pass Survey
District; thence by a line to the saddle, and by the summit of
the dividing range between the Wairau and the Awatere Valleys
to Barefell Pass; thence again towards the North-west and
towards the South by Amuri County; and towards the South-
east and West by Kaikoura County to the mouth of the
Clarence River; thence again towards the South-east and
towards the South-west by that river to the ocean; and again
towards the South-east by the ocean to Cape Campbell aforesaid,
the place of commencement.

WAIMEA COUNTY.

Wai-iti Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North generally by the Pangatotara and the Upper
Moutere Road Districts; towards the North-east by Tasman
Bay; towards the East by the Richmond Road District to its
southernmost corner; towards the North-west by the Richmond
Road District aforesaid to its intersection by a line drawn due
west from the southern boundary-line of Square 18; towards
the North by that line; towards the South-east generally by
Marlborough County to a point due east from the southernmost
corner of the Waimea Road District; towards the South by a
right line to that corner; and towards the South-west, North-
west, and again towards the South-west by the Upper Motueka
Road District to the place of commencement.

Motueka Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North by Collingwood County; towards the East
by the ocean; towards the South-east by the Lower Moutere
and the Upper Moutere Road Districts; towards the South
generally by the Waimea and the Upper Motueka Road Dis-
tricts; and towards the North-west by Buller and Collingwood
Counties to the place of commencement.

Moutere Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east by Tasman Bay; towards the South-
east and South-west by the Wai-iti Riding, hereinbefore de-
scribed; and towards the North-west by the Motueka Riding,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Motupiko Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east, South-east, and again towards the
North-east and towards the North by the Motueka and the
Wai-iti Ridings, hereinbefore described; towards the South-
east by Marlborough and Amuri Counties; towards the South
by Inangahua County; and towards the West by the Motupiko
Subdivision of the Upper Motueka Road District to the place
of commencement.

KAIKOURA COUNTY.

Town Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Marlborough,
bounded towards the South-east, North, and North-east by
the ocean and the Lyell Creek, from a point in line with the
north-western boundary-line of Section No. 225, Mount Fyffe
Survey District, to a point on Lyell Creek aforesaid in line with
the southern boundary-line of Section No. 263, said survey dis-
trict; thence towards the North byaright line to Section No. 206,
said survey district; thence towards the West, South-west, and
South-east respectively by Sections Nos. 206, 207, 208, 209, and
210, a road, Sections Nos. 264 and 268, another road, Sections
Nos. 269, 270, 2 of 271, 1 of 271, 272, and 273, another road,
Section No. 274, another road, and Section No. 225 aforesaid, all
of the survey district aforesaid, and the north-western boundary-
line of the last-mentioned section produced to the ocean, the
place of commencement.

Suburban Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Marlborough,
bounded towards the North-east, South-east, and again
towards the North-east respectively by the ocean, the
Town Riding, hereinbefore described, and the Hapuka River,
from the easternmost promontory of the Kaikoura Peninsula to
a point in line with the north-western boundary-line of Section
No. 226, Mount Fyffe Survey District; thence towards the North-
west by a road fronting said Section No. 226, Sections Nos. 1 of
190, 3 of 189, 2 of 189, 2 of 188, 187, 186, 185, 184, and 182 to
the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
towards the South-west by a road fronting Section No. 182
aforesaid and Section No. 181; thence again towards the North-
east by a road fronting Section No. 179 to the easternmost
corner of Section No. 292; thence by the south-western and north-
western boundary-lines of Section No. 38 to Section No. 47;
