IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882,"
I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
HENRY BEAL
to be a Trustee, in the place of Edward Butters, deceased,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Eyreton
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by
warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the
nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirteenth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-three.
