a point in the north-western boundary of the Waimata Block at
a distance of 960 links from its northernmost angle; and thence
continuing generally in a southerly direction for a distance of
41350 links or thereabouts to the place of its intersection by the
south-western boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance
of 116 chains or thereabouts from its southernmost angle: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated
on Plan No. 2591, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 14 acres 3 roods, more or less,
situated in the Kaihu Survey District, and being a road-line
100 links wide, and a reserve traversing the Kaihu Block No. 2,
No. 3509. Commencing on the south-western boundary of the
Waimata Block, No. 3199, at a distance of 116 chains or there-
abouts from its southernmost angle; and thence continuing
southerly generally for a distance of 14800 links or thereabouts
to the Kaihu River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delincated on Plan No. 2591, deposited in the
Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 26 perches, more or
less, situated in the Tokatoka Survey District, and being a road-
line 100 links wide traversing the Aoroa No. 4 Block, No.
3756B. Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of
the Aoroa No. 4 Block at a distance of 2259 links from a
tributary of the Wairoa River; and thence continuing north-
westerly generally for a distance of 3149 links or thereabouts
to the Oruariki Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 2287, deposited in
the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 12 perches, more or
less, situated in the Tokatoka Survey District, and being a road-
line 100 links wide traversing the Oruariki Block, No. 1945.
Commencing at the north-western angle of the Oruariki Block;
and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of
1080 links or thereabouts to the Oruariki Stream: be all the
aforesaid linkages, more or less; as the same is delineated on
Plan No. 2287, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, 7 acres 1 rood, and
4 acres 3 roods 24 perches respectively, more or less, situated
in the Hokianga Survey District, and being portions of a road-
line 100 links wide traversing the western portion of the Wai-
mamaku Block, No. 2014:—
Portion containing 1 acre: Commencing on the western
boundary of the above-named block at a distance of 8,700 links
or thereabouts from its north-western angle; and thence con-
tinuing southerly along that boundary for a distance of 1,000
links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 7 acres 1 rood: Commencing on the
western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 10700
links or thereabouts from its north-western angle; and thence
continuing generally easterly, southerly, and westerly for a
distance of 7250 links or thereabouts to the western boundary
aforesaid, and at a distance of 152 chains or thereabouts from
its north-western angle.
Portion containing 4 acres 2 roods 24 perches: Commencing
on the western boundary of the Waimamaku Block aforesaid at
a distance of 155 chains or thereabouts from its north-western
angle; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a
distance of 4900 links or thereabouts to high-water mark of
the sea at the mouth of a creek: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 1937, de-
posited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20 perches, more or less
situated in the Hokianga Survey District, and being a road-
line 100 links wide traversing the Pakia Block No. 1584 at its
north-western side. Commencing on the south-western boun-
dary of the Pakia Block at a distance of 124 links or there-
abouts from the Hokianga River; and thence continuing in a
north-easterly direction to the northern angle of the Pakia
Block aforesaid, a distance of 550 links or thereabouts: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
Plan No. 1937, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 3 roods 16 perches,
1 acre and 25 perches, and 1 rood 32 perches respectively, more
or less, situated in the Hokianga Survey District, and being
road-lines varying in width, and traversing the Waiwhatawhata
Block, No. 2013:—
Portion containing 26 acres 3 roods 16 perches: Commencing
on the north-western boundary of the Waiwhatawhata Block at
a distance of 150 links or thereabouts from the southernmost
angle of Te Pakinga Block; and thence continuing southerly
and south-easterly generally for a distance of 18450 links or
thereabouts to the eastern boundary of the Waiwhatawhata
Block aforesaid, and at a distance of 8700 links or thereabouts
from its north-eastern angle.
Portion containing 1 acre and 25 perches: Commencing on
the eastern boundary of the Waiwhatawhata Block at a distance
of 9650 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle; and
thence continuing southerly and easterly generally for a distance
of 1160 links or thereabouts to the eastern boundary of the
aforesaid block, and at a distance of 107 chains or thereabouts
from its north-eastern angle.
Portion containing 1 rood and 32 perches: Commencing on
the eastern boundary of the Waiwhatawhata Block at a distance
of 152 chains or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle; and
thence continuing westerly and south-easterly generally for a
distance of 450 links or thereabouts to the eastern boundary
aforesaid, and at a distance of about 155 chains from its north-
eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the
same is delineated on Plan No. 1937, deposited in the Survey

containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 32 perches, 1 acre
2 roods, and 1 acre 1 rood respectively, more or less, situated
in the Hokianga Survey District, and being portions of a road-
line 100 links wide traversing Te Pakinga Block, No. 1585:—
Portion containing 1 acre 1 rood 32 perches: Commencing
on the north-eastern boundary of Te Pakinga Block at a dis-
tance of 124 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle;
and thence continuing south-easterly and westerly generally
for a distance of 1450 links or thereabouts to the south-western
boundary of Te Pakinga Block, and at a distance of 350 links
or thereabouts from the Hokianga River.
Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods: Commencing on the
south-western boundary of Te Pakinga Block at a distance of
1050 links or thereabouts from the Hokianga River; and
thence continuing easterly and southerly generally for a distance
of 1500 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary
aforesaid, and at a distance of 1000 links or thereabouts from
its south-western angle.
Portion containing 1 acre 1 rood: Commencing on the south-
western boundary of Te Pakinga Block at a distance of 750
links or thereabouts from its south-western angle; and thence
continuing south-easterly and south-westerly generally for a

Survey District, and being portions of a line of road 100 links
wide traversing the Hunoke Block, No. 1583:—
Portion containing 3 roods 24 perches: Commencing on the
north-eastern boundary of the Hunoke Block at a distance of
350 links or thereabouts from the Hokianga River; and thence
continuing southerly and easterly generally for a distance of
900 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary afore-
said, and at a distance of 1050 links or thereabouts from the
Hokianga River aforesaid.
Portion containing 2 roods 4 perches: Commencing at a dis-
tance of 1000 links or thereabouts from the south-eastern angle of
the Hunoke Block on its north-eastern boundary; and thence
continuing south-westerly and easterly generally for a distance of
530 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary afore-
said, and at a distance of 750 links or thereabouts from its
south-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on Plan No. 1937, deposited in the
Survey Office at Auckland.

containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6 perches, more or
less, situated in Block VII., Turanganui Survey District, and
being a road-line varying in width, and traversing a portion of
the Waikanae Block. Commencing at the southern boundary
of Read's Quay; and thence continuing southerly generally for
a distance of 454 links or thereabouts to the Turanganui River:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; the aforesaid road
being bounded on the east and south by the river before named;
as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3265, deposited in the
Survey Office at Auckland.
