by north boundary of Section 145, and road-line north of
Sections 142, 141, 32, and said road-line extended south of
Sections 23, 24, and through Section 4, all of Oreti Hundred,
to Jacob's River; on the West by Jacob's River to commencing
point.

That the district as herein defined be a district to be rated
to repay the cost of construction of road east of Heddon Bush,
and extending to the county road, viz.: That portion of the
Wallace County commencing at Jacob's River, and bounded on
the South by road-line through Section 4, south of Sections 24,
23, through Section 79, and south of Section 146; again on
East by part of Section 146; again on South by south boundary
of Section 147; again on West by western boundary of Section
62 to Section 48; again on South by north boundary of said
Section 48 and county boundary to Winton Road; on the East
by county boundary to road north of Oreti Hundred, then by
road east of Section 118, Taringatura, to a point opposite north-
west corner of Section 207, Taringatura; on the North by a
line extending in a direct line to road-line north of Section 3,
Taringatura District, and by said road-line extended through
Section 15, Taringatura District, to Jacob's River; on the West
by Jacob's River to commencing point. -
That the following sums be apportioned to the following
roads, viz.: £600 for purchasing road from Mr. F. Sutton and
completing road from bridge to county road, £300 for making
road to Wild Bush, £200 for making road from Upper Ford
Bridge to Groper's Bush; and that the district as herein
defined be a district to be rated to repay the sums to be
advanced, viz.: That portion of Jacob's River Hundred bounded
on the West by western boundary of Blocks III., V., and XIII.
of said hundred; on the North by northern boundary of said
Block XIII.; then on the East by east boundary of said Block
XIII. to corner of Section 5 of said block; again on the North
by north boundary of Sections 5 and 6, Block XIII.; again on
the West by western boundary of Sections 32 and 30, Block
VIII., of said hundred; on North-east by county road from
Groper's Bush to south-east corner of Section 24, Block
IX., of said hundred; then on the East by Jacob's River to
south-east boundary of Section 48, Block IV.; on the South
by south boundary of Sections 48, 40, 26, and 56, Block IV.;
again on the East by county road to Jacob's River, and by
Jacob's River to the estuary; again on the South by estuary of
Jacob's River to commencing point.
I hereby certify that the foregoing special orders have been
duly made by the Wallace County Council.
