(11th) Road Board, are published in accordance with "The
Road Boards Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDERS.

THE following special orders were passed at a meeting of the
Board, on Wednesday, the 28th March, 1883:—

1. That the Waitara West Road Board shall consist of five
   members as formerly.

2. That the annual meeting of ratepayers shall be held at the
   schoolhouse, Lepperton, at 2 o'clock, on the first Tuesday in
   May in each year.

3. That the general election of members of the Board shall
   take place on the first Tuesday in May, at 3 o'clock p.m.

I certify that the above is a correct copy of resolutions
passed by the Waitara West Road Board on the 28th day of
March, 1883.

Board, is published in accordance with "The Road Boards
Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDER.

SPECIAL order passsed by the Featherston Road Board on the
26th May, 1883:—

That all that portion of the Featherston Road District
situated within the under-mentioned boundaries be constituted
No. 8 or Pahaua Subdivision thereof, and return one member
of the Featherston Road Board, viz.: Bounded on the North
by the Taratahi-Carterton Road District; on the East by the
Pacific Ocean; on the South by the Pahaua River, from its
mouth upwards to its junction with the Kaikaikuri Stream, and
thence by a direct line to the south-western angle of Section
No. 96 of the Ahiaruhi Block, Huangarua Survey District;
and on the West by the Wangaehu Stream upwards to the
boundary of the Taratahi-Carterton Road District aforesaid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been
duly passed by the Board, in accordance with the provisions of
law.

Road Board, is published in accordance with "The
Road Boards Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDER.

PASSED by the Taratahi-Carterton Road Board, the 19th day of
May, 1883:--

That that portion of the Taratahi-Carterton Road District
situate within the under-mentioned boundaries be constituted
No. 8 Subdivision of the said district, and return two mem-
bers of the Taratahi-Carterton Roard Board, viz.: Bounded
on the North by the Masterton Road District; on the East
by the Pacific Ocean; on the South by the Featherston Road
District; and on the West by the Ruamahanga River, from the
confluence of the Pohaturiki Stream therewith upwards to the
junction of the Taueru River with the Ruamahanga River; and
thence up the Taueru River to the boundary of the Masterton
Road District aforesaid.

That Sections 14, 15, 17, 18 of the Taueru Survey Block,
situate near the confluence of the Taueru and Ruamahanga
Rivers, be added to the existing No. 1 Subdivision of the
Taratahi-Carterton Road District.

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been
passed by the Board, in accordance with the provisions of
"The Road Boards Act, 1882."

   79 and part of Section 4, all of Oreti Hundred; thence south-
   west through Section 4 to county road, viz.: That portion of
   the Oreti Hundred bounded on the South by county road, com-
