NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to the
General Assembly, at the ensuing session thereof, for leave to
bring in a Bill to empower the Trustees of St. John's College
and its endowments to move the institution into the immediate
neighbourhood of Auckland.
Copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Examiner's Office
on or before the 14th day of June next.
