NOTICE is hereby given that the claims advertized on the 6th day of March, 1883, to be heard at
Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 9th day of April, 1883, but were not heard on that day, will be
adjudicated upon at the place aforenamed on the 6th day of June, 1883.

Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column will be investigated at Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 6th day
of June next, and following days.
The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, at Maketu.

The Governor

Te Tumu, near Maketu Commence at Maketu Heads, proceed along the
shore as far as Otumatawhero, run inland as
far as Kaituna River at Te Kopua, proceed
to Te Karaka, Te Paroa, Te Whakararauhe,
Te Paiaka, Tapahikahawai, Tikorere, as far as
Maketu Heads, and cease.

The Governor

Kaituna, near Maketu Bounded towards the North by the Bay of
Plenty, towards the East by the Maketu
Reserve, towards the South by the Paengaroa
Block, and towards the West by the Kaituna
River and the Te Puke Block.
