Waitoa Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by Thames County, from the south-western
corner of that county to the Waihou or Thames River; thence
towards the North-east by that river to the termination of the
north-western boundary-line of the Turanga-o-moana Block;
thence towards the South-east by a right line to the Waitoa
River, at the termination of the south-eastern boundary-line of
the Pourewa Block; thence again towards the North-east and
South-east by the Waitoa River aforesaid to its confluence with
the Mangapapa River; thence by the latter river to the north-
eastern boundary-line of Te Tapui Block; thence towards the
South-west and again towards the South-east by Te Tapui
Block aforesaid to the Taotaoroa Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence by the Taotaoroa Road District aforesaid to
Waikato County; and thence towards the South-west and

Matamata Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
generally towards the North, North-west, and North-east by a
right line from the south side of the bridge across the Waitoa
River, near the termination of the south-eastern boundary-line
of land granted to J. L. Campbell, to the south-western corner
of the Hungahunga Block No. 3; thence by that block, the
Hungahunga Block No. 1, and the Hungahunga Block No. 4,
and by the northern boundary-lines of the Aratiatia Block to the
Waihou or Thames River; thence towards the North-east by that
river to the Wairere Stream; thence again towards the North-
east and towards the North by that stream to the termination of
a right line being the production of the eastern boundary-line
of the Okania Block No. 4; thence again towards the North-
east by the right line aforesaid to the north-eastern corner of
that block; thence by the eastern boundary-line of Okauia
Block No. 4 aforesaid for a distance of 6000 links, more or less,
to a corner on the same; thence towards the South and South-
west by lines running parallel to and at a distance of 3000 links
from the southern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block to
the confluence of the Mangawhero and the Waihou Rivers;
thence towards the South-east by the Mangawhero River afore-
said to the Mangawhara Block No. 1; thence by that block and
Blocks Nos. 1B, 2, 3, and 4, and by the Okoroire and the
Waipa Blocks to the Waikato River; thence towards the South-
west by that river to the Hinuwera Block No. 2; thence
towards the West and South-west by the Taotaoroa Road
District, hereinbefore described, to the north-western boundary-
line of Te Tapui Block; and thence generally towards the North-
west by the Waitoa Road District, hereinbefore described, to the
place of commencement.

THAMES COUNTY.

Parawai Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the West and North by a line along the middle of the
Hape Creek, from its confluence with the Kauaeranga River to
the northern boundary-line of the Shortland Township Reserve;
thence by that boundary-line to the north-eastern boundary-
line of the Native Reserve; thence towards the North-east by
that boundary-line to the Church Mission land; thence towards
the North-west and again towards the North-east by the north-
western and north-eastern boundary-lines of that land to the
Waikiakia Creek; thence towards the South-east and East by
that creek to the gold fields boundary-line; thence by that
boundary-line to the Kauaeranga River aforesaid, opposite to
Parawai; and thence towards the South and South-west by that
river to the place of commencement.

WAIPA COUNTY.

Newcastle Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Waikato River, from the southern
side of the road forming the eastern boundary of the Township
of Newcastle to the north-western boundary-line of the Parish
of Pukete, Newcastle Survey District; thence towards the
South-east by that parish to the middle of the road
forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 91, Parish of
Horotiu; thence again towards the North-east by a line along
the middle of the last-mentioned road, and a line along the
middle of the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections
Nos. 146 and 147, Parish of Pukete, and by a line along the
middle of that road continued past Sections Nos. 148, 149,
151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 112, 111, 109, 110, 87, 88, 89, and 90, to
the north-eastern corner of Section No. 90 aforesaid, all of the
last-mentioned parish; thence by a line along the middle of
the road forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 90
aforesaid and the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 91, 93, 94,
and 96 to the northern boundary-line of the Parish of
Tuhikaramea; thence towards the South by a line along the
middle of the road forming the northern boundary of the
Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid to the north-eastern corner
of Section No. 82, Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid; thence
towards the East by the eastern boundary-line of Section No.
82 aforesaid and the eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos.
83, 84, 85, and 86 to the middle of the road forming the
eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 67, 66, 54, and 55 of the
parish aforesaid; thence by a line along the middle of that road to
its junction with the road at the south-eastern corner of the last-
mentioned section; thence again towards the South by a line along
the middle of the road forming the south-western boundaries
of Sections Nos. 55 aforesaid, 53, 52, 51, 48, 47, 46, and 45 of the
Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid; thence again towards the
South-east by a line along the middle of the road forming the
south-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 26, 25, 24, 23, 22,
21, 204, 20, 19, and 18 of the parish aforesaid to the Waipa
River; thence towards the West, South-west, and North-west
by that river to the southern side of the road leading from
the Waipa River aforesaid to the Waikato River aforesaid
and thence by that road (forming as it does the eastern
boundaries of Sections Nos. 566, 563, 562, 561, 560, 559, and
558, all of the Township of Newcastle, the southern boundaries
of Sections Nos. 226, 225, 224, 223, 222, and 221, Township of
Newcastle aforesaid, and the eastern boundaries of Sections
Nos. 172, 171, 170, 169, 168, 167, 166, 165, 163, 161, 160,
and 159, Township of Newcastle aforesaid) to the place of com-
mencement.

Hamilton Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Waikato River, from the
south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 110, Parish of
Horotiu, Newcastle Survey District, to the mouth of Mystery
Creek; thence towards the South-east by that creek to the
eastern side of the road forming the western boundary of
Section No. 312A; thence by that section and Sections Nos.
312, 311, across a road, and by Section No. 308, Parish of Te
Rapa; thence across another road and by its western side to the
middle of the road forming the northern boundary of Section
No. 301, Parish of Ngaroto; thence towards the South-west by
a line along the middle of the road forming the north-eastern
boundaries of Sections Nos. 301 aforesaid, 314, 315, 316, and
317, Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid, to the western side of the
railway-line; thence towards the West by the western side of
the railway-line aforesaid to a point in line with the south-
western boundary of Section No. 364, Parish of Te Rapa
aforesaid; thence again towards the South-west by a right line
to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence by the south-western boundary-line of the same
and its production to the middle of the road forming the
eastern boundary of Section No. 96, Parish of Pukete; and
thence again towards the South-west and towards the North-
west by the Newcastle Road District, hereinbefore described,
to the place of commencement: excepting from the above-
described area the Borough of Hamilton.

Town of Ngaruawahia Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the Waikato River;
thence towards the South-east by the Newcastle Road District,
hereinbefore described; and thence towards the South-west
and North-west by the Waipa River to the place of commence-
ment.

Tuhikaramea Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North, West, and North-west by the Newcastle
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
North-east and East by the Hamilton Road District, hereinbe-
fore described, to the northern boundary-line of Section No.
317, Parish of Ngaroto, Hamilton Survey District; thence
