Paparata Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North generally by the Opaheke Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the middle of the Great South
Road to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 12, Parish
of Otau, Opaheke Survey District; thence towards the North-
east by a right line bearing 140° S. to the Maungatawhiri
River; thence towards the South-east by that river to the
northernmost corner of Section No. 35, Parish of Otau afore
said; thence by that section and Section No. 1, across a road,
and by the southern boundary-line of Section No. 142,
Parish of Maungatawhiri, to the road forming its south
western boundary; thence towards the South and South-
west generally by that road to the south-eastern corner of
Section No. 116, Parish of Maungatawhiri aforesaid; thence
by that section to the road at its south-western corner; thence
by that road to the north-eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 114, Parish of Maungatawhiri aforesaid; thence by that
section and its north-western boundary-line produced to the
middle of the road forming its south-western boundary; thence
by a line along the middle of that road to a point opposite to
the south-eastern corner of Section No. 102, Parish of Maunga
tawhiri aforesaid; thence by a right line due south to the
southern side of that road; thence by the southern side of that
road to the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 103; and
by the eastern and southern boundary-lines of Section No. 103
aforesaid to the road at its south-western corner; thence by
the eastern side of that road to a point being the production of
the northern boundary-line of Section No. 171; thence across
that road and by Section No. 171 aforesaid to the road forming
its north-western boundary; thence by the eastern side of that
road to the south-western corner of Section No. 169; thence
across that road and by Sections Nos. 168 and 156 to the road at
the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
across that road and by its western side to the road forming
the north-western boundary of Section No. 147, Parish of
Maungatawhiri aforesaid; thence by the southern side of that
road to the north-western corner of Allotment No. 20 of
Suburban Section No. 2, Parish of Manngatawhiri aforesaid;
thence across that road and by its western side to the northern
boundary-line of Allotment No. 18 of Suburban Section
No. 2 aforesaid; thence by the last-mentioned allotment and
Allotment No. 13, and the northern boundary-line of that
allotment produced to the middle of the Great South Road;
and thence towards the South-west by a line along the middle
of the Great South Road aforesaid to the place of commence
ment.

Maungatawhiri Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the South-west and North-west generally by the Puke
kohe East Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the North-east by a line along the middle of the Great South
Road to the Whangamarino River; thence by that river to
the Waikato River; thence towards the South-east and South
by a line along the middle of the latter river to the Pukekohe
East Road District aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Pokeno Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North generally by the Paparata Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the middle of the Great South
Road to the Maungatawhiri River, at the north-eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 34, Parish of Otau; thence
towards the North-east by the north-eastern boundary line of
that section to its easternmost corner; thence by a right line
to the confiscation boundary-line at a point where it joins
the production of the southern side of the road forming the
southern boundary of Section No. 36, Parish of Otau aforesaid;
thence by the confiscation boundary-line aforesaid to the
northern boundary-line of Section No. 39, Parish of Koheroa;
thence by that boundary-line to the north-western corner of
Section No. 39 aforesaid; thence by that section to the middle
of the Pukorokoro Road; thence towards the South and South-
east by the Mercer Road District, hereinafter described; and
thence towards the South-west by the Maungatawhiri Road
District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Mercer Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by a line along the middle of the Great
South Road, from the Maungatawhiri River to the junction of
that road with the Pukorokoro Road; and thence towards the
North-west by a line along the middle of the latter road till it
intersects the south-western boundary-line of Section No.
37, Parish of Koheroa; thence by a right line to the southern
side of the Pukorokoro Road aforesaid; thence towards the
South-west and South-east by Section No. 37 aforesaid to the
Pukorokoro Road aforesaid; thence by a right line to the
middle of that road; thence towards the North by a line along
the middle of that road to its intersection by the south-western
boundary-line of Section No. 39, Parish of Koheroa aforesaid;
thence again towards the South-west by the south-western
boundary-line of said Section No. 39 to its north-western
corner; thence again towards the North-west by the northern
boundary-line of that section and the southern boundary-lines
of the Wharekawa No. 2 Block to the Maramarua Stream;
thence again towards the South-east and South-west generally
by that stream to the Waikato River; thence by a line along
the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid to the mouth of the
Maungatawhiri River; and thence generally again towards the
North-east and North-west by the Maungatawhiri River afore
said to the place of commencement: including all islands in
the Waikato River between the Maramarua and the Maunga
tawhiri Rivers.

WAIKATO COUNTY.

Kirikiriroa Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North-east by the Waikato confiscation
boundary-line to the production of a right line drawn from the
easternmost corner of Section No. 301, Parish of Kirikiriroa,
Komakorau Survey District, to the north-western corner of
Section No. 91, Parish of Tamahere; thence towards the South-
east by that line and the line joining Sections Nos. 301 and
91 aforesaid to the easternmost corner of the former section;
thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of Sections Nos. 301
aforesaid, 274, and 273, Parish of Kirikiriroa aforesaid, to the
Tamahere River; thence by that river to the Waikato River;
thence towards the South-west and North-west by a line
along the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid to the con-
fluence of that river with the Mangawara River; and thence
towards the North-west by the last-mentioned river to the
easternmost corner of Section No. 339, Parish of Taupiri,
Hapuakohe Survey District; thence by a right line to the
southernmost corner of Section No. 435, and the production
of that line to the place of commencement: excepting from the
above-described area the Borough of Hamilton.

Tamahere Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North-east by the Waikato confiscation
boundary-line, from the north eastern corner of the Kirikiriroa
Road District, hereinbefore described, to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Section No. 173, Parish of Hautapu,
Hamilton Survey District; thence towards the South by a right
line to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 173 aforesaid;
thence by that section; thence towards the East and again
towards the South by Sections Nos. 173 aforesaid and 172;
thence by the Parish of Hautapu aforesaid to the middle of the
road forming the western boundary of Section No. 181, Parish of
Hautapu aforesaid; thence by a line along the middle of that
road to the Mangaone Stream; thence again towards the
South and towards the South-west by that stream to its con-
fluence with the Tamahere River; and thence towards the
North-west by the Kirikiriroa Road District, hereinbefore
described, to the place of commencement.

Cambridge Road Distrct.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North-east by the Waikato confiscation
boundary-line, from the south-eastern corner of the Tamahere
Road District, hereinbefore described, to Kopuahau; thence
toward the South-east by that boundary-line to the eastern-
most corner of Section No. 266, Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge
Survey District; thence towards the South-west by Sections
Nos. 266 aforesaid, 267, 268, 269, 270, 271, 272, 273, 274,
275, and 276, Parish of Hautapu aforesaid, to the road at the
northernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by
the southern side of that road to its intersection by the Karapera
Creek, and by that creek to the western boundary-line of Section
No. 230; thence towards the East by that section, a road, and
Section No. 335 to the Waikato River; thence towards the
South by a line along the middle of that river to the Kara
pera Creek aforesaid; thence towards the West by that creek
to Section No. 230 aforesaid; thence by the Town District of
Cambridge; thence again towards the South and East by the
Town District of Cambridge aforesaid to the Waikato River
aforesaid; thence again towards the South-west by a line along
the middle of that river to the Tamahere River; thence again
towards the West by the Kirikiriroa Road District, hereinbefore
described; and thence again towards the North-east, North-
west, and again towards the North by the Tamahere Road
District aforesaid, to the place of commencement.

PIAKO COUNTY.

Taotaoroa Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and East by Te Pae o tu Rawaru, Te
Tapui, Te Puketutu, and Te Hinuwera No. 3 Blocks to the
Waikato River; thence towards the South and South-weet by
that river to the western boundary-line of Section No. 335,
Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge Survey District; thence towards
