good high land, remainder low-lying, liable to be flooded by

swamp land, 2 acres old cultivations cleared, 7 acres bush, 37
acres fern; 150, 177 acres swamp land easily drained, 90 acres
fern land, very broken, 6 acres good bush, containing puriri,
rata, tawa, rimu, &c., 6 acres high manuka swamp, 6 acres
wiwi mud flat; 237, 241, 245, 246, 248, 249, 252, each contain
small areas of good swamp land, remainder good open flat land,
there is one acre of light bush on 249; 255 contains 25 acres
good bush land, 22 acres good open undulating land, remainder
swamp; 258, 10 acres good swamp land, remainder good open
undulating land; 260, 1 acre good swamp, 6 acres bush, re-
mainder open undulating land; 262, 1 acre swamp, remainder
open land; 263, 4 acres swamp, remainder open land; 265, 4
