Setting apart Education Reserves in Otago for Leasing under
"The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882."

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in him by the fiftieth section "The Land Act 1877
Amendment Act, 1882," and of every other power and authority
enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said colony, and at the request of
the Otago Boys' and Girls' High Schools Board, in whom the
lands are vested, doth hereby declare that the blocks and sec-
tions of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject
to the provisions of sections three to forty-eight of "The Land
Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882."

of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said
Colony, at the Government House, at Auckland,

by the twentieth section of "The Land Act 1877 Amend-
ment Act, 1879," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart

the lands enumerated in the Schedules hereto for sale as a
village settlement for cash and upon deferred payments.
