IT is hereby notified that a copy of the rules of
should be accompanied in every case by certificates of good
character and general fitness from the Resident Magistrate of
the district in which the applicants reside.
Each applicant will also be required to produce a certificate
from a Judge of the Native Land Court that such Judge has,
upon examination, found the applicant to have a knowledge of
the Maori and English languages sufficient to qualify him in
that respect for the office of an Interpreter under the Native
Land Court Acts.
