Notice of Times and Places for investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose
names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block of land
of which the name and locality is mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published
in the third column will be investigated at Resident Magistrate's Court, Auckland, on the 2nd day of
March next, and following days.
If this land has been surveyed the map can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate,
Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at the Resident Magistrate's
Court, Auckland, on the 2nd day of March next and following days, will be heard the claims of the
persons, whose names appear in the first column to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased, whose
names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to
produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.
