IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT NEW ZEALAND, DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Whakatane, in the said district, on the 20th day of
October, 1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district
and known as "Kuhawaea": And in the matter of the several applications of Huta Tangihiia and others,
and of Hetaraka Te Wakaunua and others for a rehearing upon such claim :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss each of the said several applications.

Rangipuawhe and others, Niheta Kaipara and others, Okiwi Ngatara and others, Rotohiko Haupapa and
others, Henare Pukuatua and others, Himiona Te Kura and others, Arama Karaka Mokonuiarangi and
others, Ngahana Te Hemahema and others, Perepe Tapihana, and Pererika Ngahuruhuru and others, for a
rehearing upon such claim :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss each of the said several applications.
