Portion containing 3 acres and 27 perches, and being within
the Waimata and Turanganui Survey Districts, commencing at
a distance of 8037 links on the road first described, from the
south-eastern angle of the timber reserve aforesaid, and con-
tinuing thence on a bearing of 244° 49′ 30″ for a distance of
3084 links or thereabouts to the Taruheru River.
Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods 7 perches, also being
within the Waimata and Turanganui Survey Districts, com-
mencing on the road first described, at a distance of 19649
links from the south-eastern angle of the timber reserve afore-
said, and continuing on a bearing of 238° for a distance of 16
chains or thereabouts to the Taruberu River.
Portion containing 4 acres 1 rood 9 perches, being within the
Turanganui Survey District, commencing on the road first
described, at a distance of 38425 links from the south-eastern
angle of the timber reserve aforesaid, and thence continuing on
a bearing of 19° 37′ 45″ for a distance of 4365 links to the
Taruheru River.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasure-
ment 77 acres, more or less, situated in the Waimata and
Turanganui Survey Districts, and being a road-line and road-
reserve, varying in width from 100 links and upwards, tra-
versing the northern portion of the Whataupoko Block. Com-
mencing on the road leading from the south-eastern angle of the
timber reserve situated in Block I., Waimata Survey District,
at a distance of 7510 links from that reserve; and thence con-
tinuing generally in a north-easterly direction for a distance of
550 chains or thereabouts to the Waimata River; also including
a second road reserve on the Waimata River aforesaid, at a
distance of 1592 links from Trig. Station No. W2, in the
direction of two lines bearing respectively 186° 36′ and 24° 2′,
and measuring 1057 links and 535 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is
delineated on Plan No. 3156, deposited in the Survey Office at
Auckland.
Warrant dated the 12th June, 1879.

this seventh day of February, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-three.
