II. Any person guilty of any offence against this by-law
shall forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding five pounds
sterling (Β£5), to be recovered, on the information of any
person, in a summary way before any two or more Justices
of the Peace, in the manner provided by "The Justices of the
Peace Act, 1882," and any Acts amending the same.

I hereby certify that the by-law restraining pigs from
running at large within the Buller County has been duly
made by the Buller County Council, on the 28th day of
November, 1883, in accordance with "The Counties Act,
1876," and its amendments.
