IT is hereby notified that the land described in the under-mentioned applications for gold-mining leases is now open to
persons holding miners' rights or business licenses, or to applicants for a lease, the applicants having failed to comply
with the provisions of Regulation 19, Part IV., Appendix A, "Mines Act, 1877," viz. :-
