DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned DAVID HENDER-
SON and THOMAS FERGUS, as Contractors, in the Colony of
New Zealand, under the style or firm of "Henderson and
Fergus," is this day dissolved by mutual consent, save and
except so far as relates to a certain Contract No. 10 for the
construction of part of the Wellington and Manawatu Rail-
way, and that on completion of the said contract the said
Partnership shall, so far as relates to the said contract, and
for all other purposes whatsoever, absolutely be at an end.

BANNOCKBURN CO-OPERATIVE STORE COMPANY
(LIMITED).
A general meeting of shareholders of the above com-
pany held at Richards's Hotel, Bannockburn, on
Thursday, the 22nd day of November last, the following
resolution was passed :-
"On consideration of the Liquidators' account, showing
the manner in which the winding-up of the Bannockburn
Co-operative Store Company (Limited) has been conducted
and the property of the company disposed of, this meeting is
of opinion that the affairs of the company have been fairly
wound up."
