SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment 10 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, situate in the
Provincial District of Wellington, being portion of the Manga-
tainoka Block No. 1B, in the Makuri Survey District, com-
mencing at a point on the bank of the Manawatu River.
Bounded as follows: North-easterly by said river, 360 links;
South-easterly by a line, 1126 links; Easterly by a line, 428
links; South-easterly by a line, 257 links; South-westerly by
a line, 445 and 50 links respectively; South-easterly by a
line, 1600 links; South-westerly by a line, 300 links; North-
westerly by a line to commencing point, 3043 links: as the
same is delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 10863,
deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day
of November, 1883.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
was reserved for a ferry: And whereas, in the
opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said
land in the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the
County of Grey:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by section four of
"The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that,
from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve
shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and in-
habitants of the County of Grey, in trust, for ferry purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement
18 acres and 33 perches, be the same more or less, situated
in the Land District of Nelson, being Section No. 6, Block I.,
Ahaura Survey District, and bounded as follows: On the
North-east by lines, 679 and 805 links; on the East by a
line 427 links, and by a road reserve along the bank of the
Ahaura River; on the South-east by Crown lands, 575 links;
on the South by Crown lands, 1108 links; and on the
North-west by Crown lands, 2020 links.

WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto
were reserved for gravel-pits.: And whereas, in the
opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said lands
in the Road Board of the Oxford District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by section four of "The
Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserves shall
become vested in the said Road Board of the Oxford District,
in trust, for gravel-pits.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less,
being part of Section No. 360 (in red), situated in the
Mairaki Survey District. Bounded towards the East by Sec-
tion No. 4063, 535 links; towards the South by the reserve
for the Oxford and Rangiora Railway, 960 links; towards the
West by Section No. 30354, 485 links; towards the North by a
line at right angles to eastern boundary, 955 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christ-
church.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less,
being part of Section No. 361 (in red), situated in the
Mairaki Survey District. Bounded towards the North by a
road-line, 950 links; towards the East by a road-line, 527
links; towards the South by a line at right angles to eastern
boundary, 950 links; and towards the West by Section No.
15239, 527 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the Dis-
trict Survey Office, Christchurch.

ALL that parcel of land in the Southland Division of the Pro-
vincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 5
acres, more or less, being Block XIV. on the map of the
Township of Greenhills. Bounded on the South-west by
Section 1, Block I., of said township, 400 links, and Stone
Reserve, 100 links; on the North-west by a line at right
angies to the south-west boundary, 1000 links; on the North-
east by a line at right angles to the north-west boundary,
500 links; and on the South-east by Queen Street, 1000
links.
All that parcel of land in the Southland Division of the
Provincial District of Otago, containing 3 acres 1 rood 8
perches, more or less, being northern half of Block IV. on
the map of the Greenhills Township. Bounded towards the
North-east by Hector Street, 600 links; towards the South-
east by Barkley Street, 550 links; towards the South-west by
the southern half of said block, 600 links; and towards the
North-west by the Railway Reserve, 550 links.
