Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
MATIA, MATIA A, and MATIA B. BLOCKS.
DISTRICT OF WAIRARAPA, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.
Native Land Court Office,
Wellington, 1st November, 1883.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Greytown, on the 23rd day of October, 1882, and following days, an
order was made respecting the aforesaid blocks of land that certificates of title thereto should be
made and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plans of such
surveys will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Greytown, on the
2nd day of November, 1883.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said blocks as defined by the
said plans, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection. All such
objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Greytown, on the 10th day
of November, 1883.
