NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Mercury Bay in the said district, on the 27th day of
August, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district
and known as Hopetui: and in the matter of the application of Peneamine Tanui and others, for a rehearing
upon such claim :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.

Native Land Court,
Wellington, 31st October, 1883.
THE several blocks of land known as Paengaroa, Rau-o-te-Huia, Pukehina, Puketauhina, Whakapau-
karanga, and Parahaki, situated at Hauraki, having been declared by the Land Court to be held under
native custom or usuage: Natives claiming to be owners, and desirous to have their respective titles investi-
gated by the Native Land Court, can send in application therefor in the usual course to the Native Land
Court Office, Auckland. Applications already sent in will hold good.
