Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
TE AWAMARAHI, KAIWAKA No. 2 (Islands in the Waikato River).
DISTRICT OF WAIKATO, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 24th October, 1883.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Mercer, Waikato, on the 18th day of April, 1872, and following days,
orders were made respecting the aforesaid islands that the names of Tomo Tuhourangi and others
should be registered as the owners of Te Awamarahi; and the names of Te Rata Patiti and others should
be registered as the ownors of Kaiwaka No. 2, and that certificates of their titles thereto should be made
and issued when proper surveys should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plans of such
surveys will be deposited for inspection in the Native Land Court at Mercer, on the 8th day of November,
1883, and seven following days.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said blocks as defined by the
said plans, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection. All such
objections will be heard and determined during the sitting of the Court to be held at Mercer, Waikato, on
the 8th day of November, 1883.
