NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has
for some time past been carried on by THOMAS GEORGE
HUDSON, MORRIS SAMUEL RIDLEY, and WALTON SALKELD,
under the style or firm of "Hudson, Ridley, and Co.," at
Christchurch, New Zealand, as General Importers and
Produce Merchants, and under the style or firm of
"W. Salkeld and Co.," at 58, St. Mary Axe, London, was
dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of
December, 1882. The business will in future be carried on
by Thomas George Hudson and Morris Samuel Ridley, under
the style of "Hudson, Ridley, and Co." As witness our
hands this 1st day of October, 1883.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.

Advertisement of Dissolution by Instrument.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waimea Branch, No.
57, of the Hibernian Australasian Catholic Benefit
Society, Register No. 99, held at Goldsborough, is dissolved
by instrument registered at this office the 20th day of
October, unless within three months from the date of the
Gazette in which this advertisement appears proceedings be
commenced by a member or other person interested in, or
having any claim on, the funds of the society to set aside
such dissolution, and the same is set aside accordingly.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable..
