WHEREAS a declaration has been lodged with me, made by JAMES BARCLAY, of Waipori, Hotel-keeper, the registered Proprietor of Allotments 61 and 90, subdivision of part of Block XI., Township of Forbury, that the certificate of title for the said allotments, bearing date the 30th June, 1877, entered in Register-book, Vol. xxxiii., folio 169, has been destroyed by fire: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land to the said James Barclay, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.
