dred and eighty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the sixth and forty-
fifth sections of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I,
James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint

The MAYOR, COUNCILLORS, and BURGESSES of
the BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH
to be Trustees, in the place of Richard Nancarrow,
James Barkley, and Patrick Michael Griffen, who
have resigned, to provide for the maintenance and
care of the Greymouth Public Cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
fourteenth day of November, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-two.
