cost any such lights: Provided that no light shall be
exhibited until after it has been approved of by the
Minister.
4. That any person authorized by the Minister
may at all reasonable times enter upon the said wharf
and any buildings erected thereon, and view the state
of repairs thereof; and that, upon such Minister
leaving at the last known address of the Company a
notice in writing of any defect or want of repair in
such wharf or buildings, requiring the Company,
within a reasonable time to be therein prescribed, to
repair the same, the Company shall, with all con-
venient speed, cause such defect to be removed, or
such repairs to be made.
5. That the Company will not erect or suffer to be
erected on the said wharf any building or structure
whatever, except with the consent of the Minister.
6. That nothing herein contained shall authorize
the Company to do or cause to be done anything
repugnant to or inconsistent with any law relating
to the Customs, or any regulation of the Commis-
sioner of Trade and Customs, or with any provisions
of "The Harbours Act, 1878," or its amendments,
or any regulations made thereunder, and that are
now or may hereafter be in force.
7. That the ballast of all vessels loading at the
said wharf shall be taken away by the Company
and deposited above high-water mark, or at such
place as may be approved of by the Auckland
Harbour Board.
8. That the rights, powers, and privileges conferred
by this Order in Council shall continue in force for
fourteen years, computed from the date of this Order
in Council, unless in the meantime such rights,
powers, and privileges shall be altered, modified, or
revoked by competent authority.
9. That the rights, powers, and privileges con-
ferred under or by virtue of this Order in Council
may be at any time be resumed by the Governor with-
out payment of any compensation whatever, on giving
to the Company six calendar months' previous notice
in writing. Any such notice shall be sufficient if
given by the Minister, and delivered at the last
known address of the Company.
10. The Company shall not sell, mortgage, lease, or
otherwise part with, charge, or encumber the said
wharf, or any right or privilege hereby conferred upon
it, without the consent in writing of the Minister.
11. Nothing contained in this Order in Council
shall be deemed to prevent its revocation at any time
and without any notice in case the Company shall-
(1.) Commit or suffer a breach of the conditions
hereinbefore set forth, or any of them;
(2.) Be in any manner wound up or dissolved;
or
(3.) Cease to use or occupy the said wharf.
And publication in the New Zealand Gazette of an
Order in Council containing such revocation shall be
sufficient notice to the Company, and to all persons
concerned or interested in the said wharf, that this
Order in Council and the rights and privileges
thereby conferred have been revoked and determined.
12. In these conditions the term "Minister"
means the Minister having charge of the Marine
Department, as defined by "The Shipping and Sea-
men's Act, 1877," and includes any officer, person,
or authority acting by or under the direction of such
Minister.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in
me by the seventh section of the Act of the
Provincial Council of Auckland intituled "The High-
ways Act, 1874," and "The Abolition of Provinces
Act, 1875," I do hereby notify that, from and after
the date hereof, the boundaries of the Pukekura
Highway District shall be those set forth in the
First Schedule hereto, and the boundaries of the
Rangiaohia Highway District shall be those set forth
in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
PUKEKURA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
BOUNDED towards the North by the Waikato River
from its confluence with Mystery Creek to the con-
fiscation boundary-line; towards the South-east by
the confiscation boundary-line aforesaid to the north-
eastern angle of Allotment No. 158 of the Parish of
Puniu; towards the South-west by a line which forms
the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 158,
157, and 156, and by said line pro duced to the south-
eastern boundary of Allotment No. 307 of the Parish of
Puniu aforesaid; thence by part of the south-eastern
boundary of Allotment No. 307 aforesaid and the
south-eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 306 and
305 to the north-eastern angle of the last-named lot;
thence by the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments
Nos. 305, 304, 292, 286, and part of the northern
boundary of Allotment No. 217, all of the Parish of
Puniu aforesaid, to the south-eastern angle of Allot-
ment No. 181 of the Parish of Ngaroto; thence by
the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 181,
180, 179, 178, 177, 176, 175, 174, 173, 172, and 171
to the north-eastern angle of the last-named lot;
thence by the south-western boundary of Allotment
No. 170, the crossing of a road-line 100 links wide,
the south-western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 206
and 221, the crossing of another road-line of width
aforesaid, and the south-western boundaries of Allot-
ments Nos. 237 and 244, and by the latter boundary
produced to the centre of the road which forms the
western boundary of Allotment No. 244 last named ;
thence Southerly by the centre of the last-mentioned
road to the place of its intersection by the north-
eastern boundary of Allotment No. 250 produced,
and by said production and the north-eastern boundary
of Allotment No. 250 aforesaid to the margin of
Rotomanuka; thence by the south-western margin of
that lake to the southern boundary of Allotment No.
282, also of the Parish of Ngaroto; thence by part of
the southern boundary of Allotment No. 282 to the
centre of the road which traverses the last-named lot,
and by the centre of the road aforesaid to the centre
of the road which forms the northern boundary of
Allotment No. 282 aforesaid, and by the centre of
the last-mentioned road to the south-western angle of
Allotment No. 351 of the Parish of Ngaroto afore-
said; and towards the West and North-west by the
western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 351 aforesaid,
350, 349, 348, 347, 346, 345, 344, 343, the crossing of
a road-line 100 links wide, and the western boundaries
of Allotments Nos. 343A, 342, 341, 340, 339, 338, 337,
336, 335, 334, and 352, all of the Parish of Ngaroto
aforesaid, and by the latter boundary produced to the
centre of the road which forms the northern boundary
of the last-named lot; thence by the centre of that
road to the centre of the road which forms the south-
western boundary of Allotment No. 301 of the Parish
of Te Rapa; and thence north-easterly by the centre
of the last-named road to Mystery Creek, and by
