NOTICE.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between us,
as Farmers, and carrying on
business upon Gully Farm, Taitapu, is dissolved by
mutual consent. The farm will be carried on by
Frederic Marler Lester, who will discharge the
liabilities of the late partnership.
Dated at Christchurch, this 8th day of November,
1882.

I, COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the District
of Otago, hereby give notice that, under a writ
of fieri facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at
Dunedin, in a petition under "The Divorce and
Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867," No. 24, wherein
SARAH OSBORNE HANCOCK is Petitioner, and THOMAS
HANCOCK is Respondent, I have taken in execution,
at the suit of the said Sarah Osborne Hancock, all
that piece of land in the Township of Allendale,
containing by admeasurement thirty-six and four-
tenths poles, be the same a little more or less, being
Section numbered Twelve on the plan of the said
township, and being the whole of the land set forth
and described in certificate of title, Register-book,
Volume 35, folio 59. And I hereby also give notice
that I intend to cause the said land to be sold by
public auction, at the auction-rooms of Messrs.
McLandress, Hepburn, and Co., in Manse Street,
Dunedin, on Saturday, the ninth day of December,
1882, at two o'clock in the afternoon, unless the
debt and costs payable under the said writ of fieri
facias be sooner paid.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr. J.
B. Callan, of Jetty Street, Dunedin aforesaid.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern
Judicial District. - Between GEORGE CURTIS and
CHARLES STUART CURTIS, Plaintiffs, and EDWARD
HOSKIN, Defendant. In the matter of "The
Execution against Real Estate Act, 1880."
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of this honourable Court
in the above action, against the real and personal
estate of the above-named Defendant, at the suit of
the above-named Plaintiffs, I have seized and taken
into execution all the beneficial estate and interest
of the above-named Defendant, being the undivided
one-eighth share to which he is entitled (subject to
existing encumbrances) under the will of PETER
FACEY HOSKIN, deceased, in all those parcels of land
situate in the Town of New Plymouth, in the Pro-
vincial District of Taranaki, known as Allotments
four (4), five (5), six (6), and thirteen (13)
of the Storchouse Reserve: And that I intend to
cause such estate and interest to be sold by Mr.
Newton King, by public auction, at his auction-
rooms, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on the expira-
tion of one calendar month after the first publication
hereof, namely, on Saturday, the 9th day of December,
1882, at the hour of 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless
the judgment debt and the costs and expenses of
and incidental to this execution be previously paid
and satisfied: And that John Barton Roy, of
Brougham Street, New Plymouth, is the Solicitor for
the Execution Creditors.
Dated at New Plymouth, this 26th day of October,
