I RUNGA i te tono whakawa tuarua a Rapata Taita me etahi atu, i tuhituhia mai i te 28 o uga ra o Mei,
1882, i tae mai nei ki ahau i te 26 o nga ra o Hune, 1882, i runga hoki i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau i roto i
"Te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," me "Te Ture Whakatikatika i nga Ture Whenua Maori,
1881," ka whakahaua e ahau ko te tono mo etahi piihi whenua ko Maraetaha Nama 2, 2A, 2B, 2c, te ingoa,
kei te takiwa o Popati Pei, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Turanganui, i te 9 me te 16 o nga ra
o Mei, 1882, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Turanganui, kia tu ano he Kooti ki reira.

ON N consideration of the application of Eru Pohatu in this behalf, dated the 28th day of July, 1882, and
received by me on the 2nd day of August, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Acts Amendment Act, 1881," order that
the claim to the blocks of land called Maraetaha, Nos. 2, 2A, 2B, and 2c, in the District of Poverty Bay,
which were decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne, on the 9th and 16th days of May last
respectively, shall be reheard by the said Court at Gisborne, at the next Court there.

1882, and received by me on the 16th day of August, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Acts Amendment Act, 1881."
order that the claim to the block of land called Te Rangaiahinehau, in the District of Poverty Bay, which
was decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne, on the 16th day of May last, shall be reheard by the
said Court at Gisborne, at the next Court there.

order that the claim to the block of land called Te Rangaiohinehau, in the District of Poverty Bay, which
was decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne, on the 16th day of May last, shall be reheard by the
