Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 19th October, 1882.
ON consideration of the application of Aperahama Te Kume in this behalf, dated the 12th day of October,
1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880,"
and "The Native Land Acts Amendment Act, 1881," order that the title to part of the land called Whaka-
maru Maungaiti, the boundaries of which said part are given in the Schedule hereto, situate in the District
of Waikato, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Cambridge, on the 29th day of April, 1882,
shall be reheard by the said Court at Cambridge aforesaid, on the 20th day of November, 1882. All other
applications, so far as they affect the other part of this block of land, I hereby dismiss.

SCHEDULE.
THE boundary commences at Te Puni, and goes on towards the South to Te Wawa Moerangi, Te Rua-o-te-
Taniwha and Te Horotea, turns here towards the East and goes on to the source of the Mangaharakeke
Stream, and thence to Atiamuri and the Whangapua River; thence along in that river to Taramoa, turns
here towards the North, and goes to Pukekotahi, Matakatau, and Te Uraura, turns here towards the West,
and goes along on the boundary of the Tokoroa Block to the commencement at Te Puni.

o taua wahi whenua i te Kupu Apiti i raro iho nei, ki Kemureti, Waikato, a te 20 o nga ra o Nowema,
1882. I tu te whakawa tuatahi mo taua whenua ki Kemureti ano i te 29 o nga ra o Aperira, 1882. Ko
nga tono whakawa tuarua katoa mo etahi atu wahi o taua whenua ka whakakorea katoatia e ahau.

1882, and received by me on the 16th day of June, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Acts Amendment Act, 1881," order
that the claim to the blocks of land called Maraetaha, Nos. 2, 2A, 2B, and 2c, in the District of Poverty Bay,
which were decided by the Native Land Court at Turanganui, on the 9th and 16th days of May last
respectively, shall be reheard by the said Court at Gisborne, at the next Court there.

kei te takiwa o Popati Pei, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Turanganui, i te 9 me te 16 o nga ra
o Mei, 1882, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Turanganui kia tu ano he Kooti ki reira.

that the claims to the block of land called Maraetaha, Nos. 2, 2A, 2B, and 2c, in the District of Poverty Bay,
which were decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne, on the 9th and 16th days of May last respectively,
shall be reheard by the said Court at Gisborne, at the next Court there.
