HAVING considered the application of Hamiora Te Tumu and others in this behalf, dated the 19th day
of August, 1882, and received by me on the 28th day of August, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Mangorewa Kaharoa, in the District of Rotorua, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Ohinemutu on the 10th day of August, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
