HAVING considered the application of Hapakuku Ruia and others in this behalf, dated the 13th day of
June, 1882, and received by me on the 26th day of June, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Oturu, in the District of Mangonui, which was decided by the Native Land Court at
Mangonui on the 23rd day of May, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

KUA ata whakaarohia e ahau te tono a Hapakuku Ruia, me etahi atu, mo te whakawa tuarua o Oturu, i
te takiwa o Mangonui, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 13 o nga ra o Hune, 1882, i tae mai nei ki
ahau i te 26 o nga ra o Hune, 1882; i whakawakia taua whenua ete Kooti Whenua Maori ki Mangonui, i
te 23 o nga ra o Mei, 1882, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahauete Ture Kooti Whenua Maori,
1880, ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

the 29th day of June, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the block of land called Tarewa, in the
District of Rotorua, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Ohinemutu on the 28th day of June,
1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss
the same.

taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Ohinemutu, i te 28 o nga ra o Hune, 1882, a i runga i te
mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880, ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
