DISTRICT OF OTAKI, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.
Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
PUKEHOU No. 4 BLOCK.
Native Land Court,
Auckland, Semptember 22nd, 1882.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Otaki on the 30th day of August, 1881, and following days subdivisional
orders were made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Eru Tahitangata and
others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that certificates of their title thereto should be made
and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such
survey will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Otaki, on the 2nd day
of October, 1882, and ten following days.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said
plan, he must give notice thereof to the Chief Judge in Auckland, stating the grounds of his objection.
All such objections must be made to the Chief Judge before the 15th day of October, 1882.

HAVING considered the application of Matenga Taiwhanga and others in this behalf, dated the 26th
day of June, 1882, and received by me on the 1st day of July, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Te Waiko, in the District of Bay of Islands, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Ohaeawai on the 5th day of April, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
