Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony of
Victoria, has applied, on behalf of THE TROWELL
IRON COMPANY, of London, in England, Iron Manu-
facturers, to register, under "The Trade Marks Act,
1866," the trade mark of which the following is a
description, viz. :—

Description of Trade Mark.
The special and distinctive word "Trowell" in
combination with the device of a crown.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
Bar, rod, angle, tee, and girder iron.
