Wellington-Napier Railway.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 4 perches, more or less, situate in the
Belmont Survey District, Provincial District of
Wellington, being portions of Sections Nos. 3 and 4
in the above district, commencing at a point on the
south-eastern boundary of main road to Hutt, at
its intersection with the south-western boundary-line
of Section No. 4 aforesaid. Bounded as follows:
North-westerly by said road, 203 links; South-
easterly by railway reserve, 212 links; South-westerly
by a line, 40 links; North-westerly by public road
to commencing point, 3 links: be all the aforesaid
measurements either more or less; and are more
particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D.
8608, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of
Wellington,
And, further, in pursuance of the fifth section of
"The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879," I do
hereby fix the price at which the land so described
shall be sold to be the price set opposite each allot-
ment in the Schedule hereto.

Land set apart on Deferred Payments in the West
Coast (North Island) Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the fifty-third section of "The
Land Act, 1877," it is enacted that the
Governor, by Proclamation in the Gazette, may from
time to time set apart out of any suburban or rural
lands such blocks or allotments of land as he shall
think fit, and set the same aside for sale on deferred
payments, and in such Proclamation may fix a day
on which the land shall be open for application; and
that he may also in like manner set apart for sale on
deferred payments such blocks or allotments as may
be recommended by any Land Board, and may also
from time to time alter, amend, or revoke any such
Proclamation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pur-
suance and exercise of the power and authority vested
in me by the above-named Act, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is set apart for sale on deferred payments;
and that Monday, the twentieth day of February,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, shall be
the day on which the said land shall be open for
application at the Land Offices at Patea and
Hawera, in allotments as surveyed and marked on
the selection maps in that office.
In pursuance of section four of "The Land Act
1877 Amendment Act, 1879," I do hereby declare
that subsection four of the sixty-third section of

land accordingly:
