are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said
debts or claims at the chambers of the Vice-Chan-
cellor, Sir CHARLES HALL, situate at the Royal
Courts of Justice, Strand, in the County of Middle-
sex, England, at such time as shall be specified in
such notice, or in default thereof they will be ex-
cluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved.
The respective dates mentioned and set forth in
the third column of the said Schedule, at the said
chambers, are respectively appointed for hearing and
adjudicating upon the said debts or claims.
Dated this 27th day of July, 1882.

the suit of the above-named Plaintiff; and the same
will be sold by me, at my office, Supreme Courthouse,
Auckland, on the expiration of one calendar month
after the first publication hereof, to wit, Monday, the
sixteenth day of October next, at twelve o'clock noon,
unless the debt and costs be sooner paid; and that
Thomas Cotter, of Shortland Street, Auckland, is the
Solicitor for the Execution Creditor.
