Trustees appointed for Maintenance of the Okato Public Cemetery.

Administrator of the Government.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
James Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of
New Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint the several persons whose
names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
eighteenth day of September, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, James
Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of New
Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint

DAVID ALLAN and
JOHN BAIN

to be Trustees, in place of Joseph D. Brace and
William Martin, who have left the district, to provide
for the maintenance and care of the Collingwood
Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other
persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His
Excellency the Governor on the twenty-sixth day
of September, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
eighteenth day of September, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-two.
