NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. BOCK AND
ELLIOTT, of Wellington, in the Colony of New
Zealand, have applied, on behalf of Messrs. S. KIRK-
PATRICK AND Co., of Nelson, in the said colony,
Jam and Pickle Manufacturers, to register, under
"The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the trade mark of
which the following is a description, viz. :-
Description of Trade Mark.
A medallion of a shield formed by double lines,
between which are the words "England expects each
man this day will do his duty." Within the medal-
lion is a representation of Lord Nelson in naval
uniform; underneath are the words "Nelson, Trade
Mark, Registered;" on each side are flags draped,
