Native Licensing District abolished.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-eighth day of August, 1882.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the seventeenth section of "The
Native Licensing Act, 1881," it is enacted that the
Governor, by Order in Council, may from time to
time alter the limits of any Native licensing district
or abolish the same: And whereas it is expedient
to abolish the Native Licensing District of Turanga
as described in an Order in Council dated the
eighteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-two:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of all powers enabling him
in this behalf, and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby
abolish the said Native Licensing District of Tu-
ranga.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Ingle-
wood Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint the several persons whose names are specified
in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be
Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of
the public cemetery specified in the second column
of the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me me by the fourth section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, James
Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of New
Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint
GEORGE FREDERICK CARPENTER
to be a Trustee, in place of James Sinclair, resigned,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the
Templeton Public Cemetery, in conjunction with
the other persons appointed by warrant under the
hand of His Excellency the Governor on the twenty-
fourth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

Changing Purpose of a Reserve in Otago.

IN pursuance of the sixth section of "The Public
Reserves Act, 1881," it is hereby notified that,
in the opinion of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, it is expedient to change the
purpose of the land described in the second column
of the Schedule hereto, from the purposes named in
the first column, to the purpose named in the third
column of the said Schedule hereto.
