register the Ophir Gold-Mining Company as
a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Ophir Gold-Mining
Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is Murray Creek, south-
west of and adjoining the special claim of the Golden Treasure
Gold-Mining Company (Limited), County of Inangahua, Colony
of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be in Broadway,
Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four thou-
sand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
thousand pounds. - The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
