matter of GUTHRIE AND LARNACH'S NEW ZEA-
LAND TIMBER AND WOODWARE FACTORIES COM-
PANY (LIMITED).

To the Shareholders of Guthrie and Larnach's New
Zealand Timber and Woodware Factories Com-
pany (Limited).

NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
above-named Company will be held at the Company's
Offices, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the
22nd day of August, 1882, at the hour of half-
past 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of
confirming the following resolution passed at an
extraordinary meeting of the Shareholders of the
said Company, held on the 18th day of July, 1882:-
"That Guthrie and Larnach's New Zealand Timber
and Woodware Factories Company (Limited) be
wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of 'The
Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860,' and for the
further purpose of appointing a Liquidator or Liqui-
dators to wind up the affairs of the Company and
distribute the property thereof, and of fixing the
remuneration to be paid to him or them."

Dated at Dunedin, this 10th day of August, 1882.
