I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Colonist Gold-Mining Company as
a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Colonist Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Te Aroha, in the Provincial
    District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland,
    in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
    Zealand.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty thousand
    pounds, in twenty thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is seventeen thou-
    sand, being more than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
    in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
    and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
Business of Merchants, hitherto carried on in
London and in Nelson and Christchurch, between
DAVID SCLANDERS and ALEXANDER SCLANDERS, of
London, JAMES SCLANDERS, of Nelson, and JOHN
JOHNSTON FLETCHER, of Christchurch, was, on the
13th day of May last, dissolved by mutual consent.
The said John Johnston Fletcher retires from the
business, which will in future be carried on by the
remaining partners, under the style or firm of "Alex-
ander Sclanders and Co.," in London, and under the
style or firm of "Sclanders and Co.," in Nelson and
in Christchurch.

Dated at Christchurch, this 30th day of June, 1882.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between GEORGE
WILDIE, ROBERT ALLAN, and GEORGE
STUMBLES, as Auctioneers and Estate and Commis-
sion Agents, under the firm of "Wildie, Allan, and
Stumbles," has this day been dissolved by mutual con-
sent. The said Robert Allan and George Stumbles
will pay and receive all debts and moneys owing by
and to the late firm.
