NASEBY WATERWORKS COMPANY (LIMITED),
IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special meeting
of the Shareholders held in the Company's office,
Naseby, on 15th June, 1882, to confirm special reso-
lutions passed at extraordinary general meeting held
on 27th April, it was resolved, "That the Company
had been fairly wound up, and that the special resolu-
tions passed at meeting on 27th April be and are here-
by confirmed, and the Company dissolved."

HAWERA ROAD BOARD.
ROAD DEVIATIONS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the plans of the
road deviations through Blocks eleven (XI.)
and twelve (XII.), Hawera District, as already taken,
and the works on which are already executed, are
open for inspection daily at the offices of the under-
signed, Princes Street, Hawera. All persons affected
by such works are hereby required to set forth in
writing to the Chairman of the above Board any well-
grounded objections to the execution of the same, or
to the taking of such lands, within forty (40) days
from the first publication of this notice.

Dated at Hawera, this 24th day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
Business of Sheepfarmers and Runholders
heretofore carried on by the undersigned at St.
James and Lake Guyon Stations, in the Provincial
District of Nelson, trading under the style or firm
of "McArthur Brothers," was, on the 10th day of
July instant, dissolved by mutual consent, the under-
signed DUNCAN MCARTHUR retiring therefrom. The
business will in future be carried on by John
McArthur alone, on his own account, under the
style or firm of "McArthur Brothers."
