James Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of
New Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint the several persons whose
names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.

road, 1 chain wide, 743 links; towards
the East by a public road, 1 chain
wide, 1333 links; towards the South by
a public road, 1 chain wide, 210 links
and 573 links; and towards the West by
Section No. 30, 1279 links. |

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

Trustee appointed for Dunsandel Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, James
Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of New
Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint

GEORGE LILL

to be a Trustee, in the place of Richard Westenra,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the
Dunsandel Public Cemetery, in conjunction with
the other persons appointed by warrant under the
hand of His Excellency the Governor on the thir-
tieth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

Public Cemetery.

New Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint the several persons whose

maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Otago, in the Colony of New
Zealand, situate in the Highlay District,
being Cemetery Reserve for the Township
of Macrae's on the map of the said town,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre
and 37 perches, more or less. Bounded
towards the North-east by Crown lands,
258 links; towards the South-east by
Crown lands, 462 links; towards the
South-west by Crown lands, 250 links;
and towards the North-west by Crown
lands, 525 links. |

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

W. H. Scott, Esq., appointed to define specially-
benefited Lands in the North Rakaia River Dis-
trict.

under section 21 of "The Canterbury Rivers Act,
1870," to define lands specially benefited by protec-
tive works recently erected by the Board of Con-
servators of the North Rakaia District.
