East by part of Section No. 1, 512 links; towards
the South by the Maerewhenua River, 420 links; and
towards the West by a road-line and part of Section

SOUTHLAND.

All that parcel of land being Section 3, Block IX.,
on the map of the Town of Mataura, containing 36
perches, more or less. Bounded towards the North-
east by Section No. 2 of said block, 250 links;
towards the South-east by Denbigh Street, 91 links;
towards the South-west by Section No. 15 of said
block, 250 links; and towards the North-west by
Section No. 4 of said block, 91 links. For municipal
purposes.

Also all that parcel of land being Section 11, Block
IX., Town of Mataura, containing 1 rood 14 perches,
more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by
Section No. 10 of said block, 341.2 links; towards
the South-east by Section No. 15 of said block, 100
links; towards the South-west by Section No. 12 of
said block, 330.4 links; and towards the North-west
by Suburb Street, 100.5 links. For municipal pur-
poses.

Also all that parcel of land being Section No. 5,
Block X., Town of Mataura, containing 1 rood,
more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by
Bristol Street, 250 links; towards the South-east by
Denbigh Street, 100 links; towards the South-west

Block XIII., Town of Mataura, containing 1 rood,

more or less. Bounded towards the North-east

the South-east by a public reserve, 151.1 links;
towards the South-west by Section No. 18 of said
block, 181.5 links; and towards the North-west by
Denbigh Street, 148.5 links. For municipal purposes.

WESTLAND.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Westland, being Reserve No. 246, situated in Block
XI., Okarito Survey District, containing 12 acres 2
roods 26 perches, more or less. Bounded on the
Westward by road along sea-coast, 3264 links; on
the Northward by Native Reserve No. 19, 330 links;
on the Eastward by road along Okarito Lagoon; and
on the Westward by a line bearing 132Β° 46', for 325
links. For a cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint the several persons whose names are specified
in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be
Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of
the public cemetery specified in the second column
of the said Schedule.
