HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
him by "The Agricultual and Pastoral Societies
Act, 1877," His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said colony, doth hereby incorporate the
members of the Banks Peninsula Farmers Club into
a corporate body under the said Act, under the style
and title of "The Banks Peninsula Farmers' Club."

Vesting a Reserve in the Western District Farmers'
Association, Southland.

At the Government House at Wellington, this
twenty-seventh day of July, 1882.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto was Crown-granted to the Superin-
tendent of Otago on the nineteenth day of September,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, in trust,
for purposes of exhibition of cattle and agricultural
and other produce: And whereas, in the opinion of
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government,
it is expedient to vest the said land in the Western
District Farmers' Association, incorporated under
"The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1877:"

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth
section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth
hereby declare that, from and after the day of the
date hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in
the said Western District Farmers' Association
(Incorporated), in trust, for purposes of exhibition of
cattle and agricultural and other produce.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods,
more or less, being Block XVI. on the Crown grant
record map of the Town of Riverton. Bounded
towards the North-east by Albany Street, 750 links;
towards the South-east by Pitt Street, 500 links;
towards the South-west by Priory Place, 750 links;
and towards the North-west by High Street, 500
links.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Canterbury.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-seventh day of July, 1882.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the first column
of the Schedule hereto was reserved for Pro-
vincial Government purposes:

And whereas the said reserve is for one of the pur-
poses comprised in Class I. of the Schedule to "The
Public Reserves Act, 1881," and, in the opinion of
the Governor, it is expedient to change the purposes
of such reserve to another of the purposes named in
the said Class I., as hereinafter mentioned:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Adminstrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth
section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth
hereby order and direct that the purpose of the
reserve mentioned in the first column of the said
Schedule hereto shall be changed from that of a
reserve for Provincial Government purposes, and
doth hereby declare and define the purposes of the
said reserve to be those specified in the second
column of the said Schedule, the same being one of
the purposes comprised in Class I. of the Schedule
to the said Act.

hereto were reserved for municipal purposes,
and Crown-granted to the Superintendent of Otago
on the nineteenth and twenty-sixth day of September,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, for the
improvement and benefit of the Town of Mataura:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator
of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said
lands in the Mataura Town Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
