Auckland, 3rd July, 1882.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made the eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land
Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," "The Native Land Act, 1878," and "The Native Land Court
Act, 1880," that the claim of Tirarau Kukupa and another, to a piece of land called Waitomotomo, situate
at Waitomotomo, in the district of Kaipara, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New
Zealand, at Kaihu, on the seventeenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, should be
reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the seventeenth day of
August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Helensville, Kaipara,
on the eleventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, for the rehearing of the afore
named claim.

consideration of the application in this behalf of Eru Nehua and another, dated the 29th day of
April, 1882, of Iwi Te Mauru and others, dated the 29th day of April, 1882, and of Maihi P. Kawiti,
dated 12th May, 1882. I hereby in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court
Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called Puhipuhi, in the district of the Bay of Islands,
which was decided by the Native Land Court at Te Kawakawa, in the district aforesaid, held on the 14th
day of April, 1882, and following days, shall be reheard by the said Court at Te Kawakawa aforesaid on
the 3rd day of January, 1883.

ON consideration of the application of Nikoniko Te Whawhatu in this behalf, dated the 2nd of January,
1882, and received by me on the 27th day of January, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called
Whakapaupakihi, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Opotiki,
on the 16th day of December last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Opotiki aforesaid on the 17th day
of September, 1882.
