SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 3rd July, 1882.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Helensville, in the District of
Kaipara, on the 1st day of August next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names
appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grant of the
piece of land the name of which appears in the second column situate in the district named in the
third column.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-one, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under "The
Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," "The Native Land Act, 1878," and "The Native
Land Court Act, 1880," that the claim of Mihaka Makoare and others, to a piece of land called Tikinui,
situate at Tikinui, in the district of Kaipara, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New
Zealand at Kaihu, on the fourteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, should be
reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the fourteenth day of August,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Helensville, Kaipara,
on the eleventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, for the rehearing of the
aforenamed claim.
